The De-Centralised Eight Station Welding System allows up to 8 operators to weld in MMA mode at a distance of 200 mtrs from one DC1210 Power source. The system also provides 110V out put to each operator. The Minibag Power converter provides each operator with 250 amps 60% actual welding current at the 200 mtr distance. The system uses advanced technology which eliminates voltage drop from the power source to the Minibag stationed in the console. The Eight Station Welding console is powered by only 2 x 95 mm sq copper welding cables carrying less than 100V. making it the safest welding system available. From the Minibag 6 operators can connect an interconnecting cable to the MT20 wire feeder which enables MIG in full Synergic mode and MMA at a further distance of 25 mtrs giving a total of 225 mtrs reach.The 6 MIG Wire feeder units have all controls on the front panel for Volt, Amps, and gas adjustment and enjoy 350Amps @60 % duty cycle each.
The interconnecting cable also carries the 110V from the Eight Station Console directly to the top of the wire feeder eliminating the need for on site transformers, splitter boxes and cables.
The De-Centralised Welding Eight Station Welding Console houses the 8 Minibags which provides each operator with 250 amps welding power in MMA up to 200 MTRS from the DC1210 Power source. The Console also provides the operator with 110V supplied by the DC1210 Transformer auxiliary supply. The Console is operated by 2 x 95 mmsq copper welding cables which supply power to the eight Mininbags. The rear of the Console also accepts two 3/8 gas supply lines to provide the MT20 Wire feeder with gas for Synergic MIG/MAG welding.
The Minibag 320 Digit primarily provides each operator with 250 Amps of MMA welding power 200 mtrs from the DC1210 Transformer. The Minibags can operate 6 x MT20 Wire feeders to provide MIG/MAG and MMA welding functions up to 225 mtrs from the DC1210 Transformer. The MT20 also has the availibility of auxiliary power for tools and lights etc, directly from the feeder unit. Power is supplied through the Interconnecting cable from the Minibag to the MT20 and is accesed by a socket located on the feeder unit. This eliminates the need for on site transformers, splitter boxes and cables. Auxiliary power can be supplied to suit any continent.
The MT20 Synergic Wire feeder allows the operator full control of Amps, Volts, and gasfrom the digital control panel on the front of the feeder. Connected to the Minibag via the Interconnecting cable the MT20 also supplies the operator with auxilary power for lights, power tools etc. Each of the six Mt20 wire feeders provide 350 amps of MMA and MIG/MAG welding current at 60% duty cycle. The system can de used with MIG/MAG or MMA at the same time.
